Aution will be conducted live on-site. Bidders will need a cashier's check in the amount of $10,000 made payable to: "Keller Williams Greater Cleveland" to be able to bid. Unsuccessful bidders will have their checks returned to them promptly at the culmination of the auction. The successful high bidder will have up to 60 days to arrange financing and to close on the sale.
There is a 5% buyer premium added to the final high bid to determine the final contract purchase price.
