10% down due auction day. Deposit must be in the form of a cashier's check or personal check made payable to "Greater Cleveland Title" (licensed Ohio title agency). Closing within 30 days of auction. Bidder packs available auction day, or in advance by calling auctioneer at (216) 469-7081. 

FINANCING: Please make sure you have made arrangments ahead of time to be able to finanace the property you are interested in acquiring. Call us if you need lender resources. Purchase agreements are NOT subject to financing. 

BROKER PARTICIPATION: Broker participation is welcomed. Please call 216-469-7081 for registration forms & guidelines. 

AGENCY: Auctioneer is a seller's agent.

BUYERS'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyers premium will be added to the last bid to establish the final contract purchase price.
